2.1 Websites

For our websites to work we need certain information, such as your IP address, the type of browser, the operating system you use and the pages you visit on our websites. We also use cookies and techniques similar to cookies, such as link-tracking. Through link tracking, we see if you open our emails and recognise you when you click through to the website from our emails.

We do this, among other things, to increase the user-friendliness of our websites and to secure the website, to optimise your experience of our services, to personalise information for you, to recognise you on your next visit and also to be able to provide you with offers through other channels.

The legal basis for processing this data is the performance of the contract with you, namely your visit to our websites. The cookies and similar techniques (except the functional cookies) are only placed with your permission. In our Cookie Policy you can read more about which cookies are placed for which purposes and by which parties.

2.2 Social media

We can be found on various social media, such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Linkedin, Twitter and TikTok.

If you follow us through social media, or communicate with or about us through social media, we may have access to some of your public profile information. If you share information about us through social media, your data may become visible through that social media. We also follow social media channels ourselves and may be able to access data on social media about you.

We can see how many times a particular post of ours has been shared and liked on social media to analyze its reach. We can also see if and, if so, what posts are made about us through social media channels of complaint sites. Therefore, we process the data necessary to optimize the content of our social media activities for our customers as much as possible, such as:

  • Profile information of the respective social medium
  • The viewed and posted content and messages related to Banli Media B.V.
  • Metadata stored in the platform.

The purpose of this processing is to analyze the reach of our social media activities and improve customer satisfaction. We do this based on our legitimate interest. This data may be added to your customer file if you contact our customer service via social media, in order to answer your question or request. We do this based on an agreement with you.

  • Name
  • Profile information of the social media

  • Win contest entry, which may include photo and/or video material

We use this information to contact you about the prize draw and, if you have won, to send the prize to you. The basis for processing this data is the agreement you have with us.

You can read more about the social media cookies we use in our Cookie Policy.

The basis for this is your consent.

Newsletters are personalized through the use of cookies and similar techniques, such as link-tracking. Through link-tracking we see if you open our emails and recognize you when you click through to the website from our emails.
