In May Disney+ already came with the brand new series Obi Wan Kenobi, but for fans of the Star Wars franchise there is much more to come. In 2023 series like Skeleton Crew and Ahsoka are expected, and soon you can already watch the new series Andor. The first three episodes will be available worldwide on September 21, 2022. This is later than the previously communicated release date, which was August 31, 2022.

Disney+ launches ‘Andor’ on streaming service worldwide starting September 21
Fans of Star Wars who were already looking forward to the latest series may be expecting the first episodes of Andor on August 31, 2022. In fact, the series was initially scheduled to launch on that date, but the release has been pushed back to Wednesday, September 21, 2022. On that date, the first three episodes of the series will appear on Disney+, with the remaining episodes launching in the following weeks. Below, we’ve listed the broadcast schedule.

First trailer for Star Wars series ‘Andor’ is already available
Andor is set five years before Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, and just like in that film, actor Diego Luna again takes on the role of Cassian Andor. It revolves around the burgeoning rebellion against The Empire, an era filled with danger, deceit and intrigue, in which Cassian slowly transforms into a rebel hero.
In addition to Diego Luna, we will also see Forest Whitaker back as Saw Gerrera, and Genevieve O’Reilly and Alan Tudyk will make their return. In addition, new actors will be seen, including Denise Gough, Stellan Skarsgård, Kyle Soller and Adria Arjona. The showrunner is Tony Gilroy, who also worked on Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.
